I've worked with this trainer for over 6 years and he has always tailored my programs to exactly what I wanted (goals) and needed (health). From post partum to peri menopause, his balance of encouragement and high expectations in combo with his attuned competence and wise understanding of my personality and fitness-quotient - I've learned I can do more in the gym than I ever knew or believed and (surprise!) its not dreadful but fun as hell. As I approach 50 yo, I am stronger than ever, have *no neck or lower back pain/discomfort and have remained injury-free because he has been so smart about my strength programs. My joints and stabilizers and my balance - all things we don't imagine to be important - are incorporated so that I feel strong, grounded and with expanded daily energy-stores. Lest you think I am his favorite pet and get special treatment - I hear the same cooing from his other long-term clients. A true coach and I believe we *ALL need coaches.

I started working with him before my pregnancy and continued through it. His approach to pre-natal training made a huge difference—he always listens and tailors each session to my energy and needs, making training while pregnant feel safe and manageable. The strength training and balance work helped me stay strong throughout pregnancy and even during delivery. We started with in-home personal training and later transitioned to online personal training when I moved, and it’s been just as effective. He’s knowledgeable, supportive, and truly personal in his approach. I don’t trust anyone more with my fitness journey and highly recommend him!
