Meet Your Coach

I grew up skinny in Brooklyn — shorter and lighter than most of my peers. I spent years training on my own, making progress without a real plan, until a shoulder injury in 2013 changed everything. A partial separation at the AC joint left me unable to do a single push-up for months. Physical therapy introduced me to corrective exercise and an entirely new way of thinking about movement. I stopped training randomly and started training with intention.

That experience led me to earn my NASM-CPT and NASM Nutrition certifications, study under coaches like Zac Cupples, and spend the last decade training clients across New York City — from the corporate gym floor to private in-home sessions. I've helped clients pull off their first dead-hang pull-up, deadlift well beyond their bodyweight, and build strength they didn't know they had.

Today I run Strong Hour Personal Training — built on the principle that every rep should have a purpose. When I'm not coaching, you'll find me deep in a video game or arguing about pro wrestling. Proudly nerdy, unapologetically Brooklyn, born and raised.

The Strong Hour Philosophy

Every session is built on three principles: progressive overload, functional movement, and accountability. I don't believe in shortcuts or gimmicks. I believe in showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process. Whether you're training for your first pull-up or your tenth marathon, the approach is the same — consistent effort, smart programming, and a coach who won't let you quit.
